4th MVA

The fourth MVA have come to represent many things, not the least of which being a yardstick for excellence in the field of regional advertising productions. Of the 27 categories on the list, 18 are fully devoted to honoring the considerable achievements of Malaysia’s industry professionals – from directors to editors, writers to cinematographers, sound engineers to 3D animators – the awards are nothing if not exhaustive in their efforts to pay recognition to the countless artists and technicians behind some of the most memorable commercials gracing our screens today. This acknowledges the indispensable role of these specialized skills in media production, providing an incentive for greater creativity and professionalism while also setting a standard for the various crafts involved in the industry.
